Description: Control tower with offices and conference centre in Batumi airport.
The project builds a new control tower for the Batumi International Airport that will be a new urban icon near to the new Seafront Boulevard. The top of the tower has a restaurant and a sightseeing coffee shop; the shaft contains offices and the basement develops the Conference center program including three halls of different size, catering area, press rooms, exhibition room and offices for the staff. Around those volumes there is a ‘commercial ring’ that hosts the shopping center and completes the varied offer of this multifunctional building.
