Description: Supervision of the construction works of a new 6,000 m2 sports center in Benimaclet district, Valencia. The distribution gives a homogeneous and compact view to the new volumes. The main building, called “Pavilion”, has a room for martial arts on the ground floor, and a multisports court on the first floor suitable for basketball, handball and futsal. The second building, named “Fencing”, has one room for classic fencing and a bigger one equipped with twelve fencing lanes and equipment for competition. On the roof, this building has two tennis courts. The concrete façades keep covered on the west corner with lacquered steel sheets that remark the main access.
