Client: Kutaisi City Hall.
Budget: 6,750,000 euros.
Description: Building designed for the Government of Georgia, consisting of offices, meeting rooms, staff area, conference hall and cabinet rooms. It is located near the new Parliament of Georgia, within the Millennium Park. The building has a double glazing façade that economizes the energy consumption. Total surface: 5,000 m2.
