Collaborations and joint works

CMD Ingenieros has worked with other studies on the development of proposals for ideas competitions, architecture or engineering projects. On the other hand, we usually collaborate with interior decorators, designers and photographers who complement our projects with their creativity and technical ability.

 

Arata Isozaki

(Oita, 1931) Japanese architect honoured with international awards such as the RIBA Gold Medal Award and the American Academy Award. He is visiting Professor at Harvard, Yale and Columbia universities. In Spain he has designed works like the Domus Casa del Hombre in La Coruña, Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, and Isozaki Atea in Bilbao. He has collaborated with CMD Ingenieros in the proposal for a waterfront park and new marina in Alboraya, Valencia.

Showa Sekkei Inc.

Japanese Engineering and Architecture Company founded in 1957. They are based in Kita-ku, Osaka, and have offices in Tokyo, Saitama, Kobe, Nagasaki and other Japanese cities. He has performed numerous architecture and engineering projects both in Japan and in China.

Vicente M. Vidal

Doctor of Architecture on the Architecture School of Valencia (Valencia Polytechnic University). Head of Architectural Projects Department at this university since 1995. Recognized as Honorary Doctor in the Chiclayo University (Perú) in 2003. As a professional architect, he has designed the extension project of the Architecture School of Valencia, the extension project of the Soler Blasco Museum (Xàbia), the Denia fish market and many other cultural and teaching facilities. He has worked also on housing, urban planning and restoration of industrial heritage. With CMD Ingenieros he has designed the Jose Sancho Auditorium in Manises among other projects.

Jaume Espí

(Carlet 1965). He is a sculptor who has focused on stone carving and bronze casting. He has designed urban sculptures (Tower of Heroes, Glass Sculpture) and figures for landscape projects for CMD Ingenieros.

Vicente Navarro

(Valencia, 1945) Interior Designer on the Valencia Arts and Crafts School. Since 1967 he has been working on interior design, a profession where he has made projects for institutional buildings, offices and headquarters, commercial areas, hotels and private houses. Founder member of the Valencia Designers Association (ADCV), member of the Bureau of European Designers Associations and of the Spanish network of Product, Interior and Graphic Design Associations. Since 2008 he is vicepresident of the Valencia Interior Designers Association.

Océano Naranja

Architectural model workshop located in Valencia and Cheste, Spain. They have made models for CMD Ingenieros such as the laminar roof of The Oceanogràfic in Valencia, Batumi opera House, Kutaisi Millennium Park and several bridges and footbridges.

Nacho Gómez-Trenor

With his advertising and graphic design agency he has made the brand image with which CMD Ingenieros made itself known back in 2005 and the update in 2012. He is also in charge of the graphic approach and development of our new website.
